What we offer
- A bespoke, innovative floral and candle design service
After a thorough briefing from the client, we will create a bespoke table centrepiece for any function, incorporating your vision and our creative ideas. This need not cost the earth, as we have a number of very cost-effective displays which still have that WOW-factor you need.
- Free, no obligation consultation to discuss the event
Please feel free to phone us or email us for a call-back to discuss your event. After we receive your brief, we will present you with a detailed proposal and quotation without further obligation.
- Floral services
Our experienced and creative florists will design something really unusual for you using fresh or faux flowers. These arrangements are then expertly incorporated with the wax to create stunning table centrepieces.
- Working alongside your own florist or Events Company
Many companies or brides have an Events Company or Wedding Coordinator they have already instructed, or a preferred florist with whom they wish to work. We are flexible and will work alongside these professionals. We could do a part of the work, or all of it, depending on your requirements. Our candles are easily integrated with other designs or floral arrangements and we can help you here by suggesting how best to do this. If someone else is going to do the setting up on the day, we will brief them on using the wax for the best results.
- Let us set up or do it yourself
If you want us to take control of all arrangements, ordering the flowers, setting up on the day and ensuring everything looks beautiful, that is our expertise. If however, you only want to hire or purchase the containers and wax from us, we will deliver the goods to the venue, instruct staff on the use and then collect again after the event.
- Hiring of containers, wax crystals and accessories
All our products are available for hire, with a minimum order cost of £250 excluding VAT and delivery. The hire prices quoted for the various containers include the wax needed to fill that container at the start of the function as well as the wax you burn at the event. After the function, we will collect the containers and remaining wax.
- Purchasing of our products
If, however, your function is not large enough to reach the hire minimum of £250, you need not miss out on that special table display. Our products are reasonably prices enough to allow you to purchase them at retail prices. The added bonus in purchasing the products, is you will still have use of the candles when the function is over, or they can be given to special guests as gifts.
- Delivery and collection service
We will deliver the containers and wax to the venue and collect again when the function is over. We offer services throughout the UK.
- Set-up and breakdown service
We offer a setting up service to ensure that your table centres look their stunning best on the day. Our expertise is especially valuable in setting up our spectacular signature floating displays. We will also light the candles at the start of the event and ensure that they stay lit throughout the event. After the event we will pack them away safely and return them to our warehouse.
- Hotels and restaurants
We offer a bespoke service to design and set up candle and floral displays as eye-catching entrance displays in hotels and spas. We also provide more functional displays for daily use in restaurants. The crystal wax is a most cost-effective alternative to conventional candles. Each wick lasts for 12 hours, during which time it can be blown out and relit just like a conventional candle. Only a small amount (about a tablespoon) of wax is burned in every 12 hour period, and only that amount of wax needs to be topped up when the wick is replaced. The special benefit of the wax crystals is that the candle always looks clean and new on the table, even when it has been used before.
