Our products are sent to any destination anywhere in the world. UK deliveries are sent on a 48-hour service. Deliveries are not always sent out daily so if you need the item for a specific date please say so in the comments box when you place your order. International items take between 48 hours and 128 hours depending on location.
How the service works:
- Decide on your order
- Fax, phone or e-mail us or submit your order online. Please include your full postal address (including postcode/zip code), contact telephone number and payment details.
- Your order will usually be dispatched on the first working day following receipt of your payment. The invoice and credit card receipt will be sent with your goods.
- The delivery service we use is electronically tracked door-to-door and requires a signature during office hours for proof of delivery.
- Our envirmonmental policy is to try to reuse packaging where we can in order to save on wastage.

Delivery Costs
- A flat rate of £5.99 is charged for deliveries anywhere in UK (mainland only) up to 30kg. No matter what the order is, delivery will cost £5.99. (This rate excludes Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands) We only charge you the postal charge we pay, we do not add anything on for packaging or postage.
- All International orders are quoted individually and are based on weight, volume and destination. We can quote for an order once you have decided on the delivery address and order size. Example: Europe 48 hour service costs approximately £70 for 20kg in weight.
