- How long does the wax last?
Each wick burns for approximately 12 hours. A bag will last for 120hrs based on
burning 1 wick at a time.
- How much wax fill does it take to fill up each container?
Please refer to the retail price list for amounts
of wax.
- How high up should the wick be when I first light it?
10mm to avoid wasting burning time.
- How can I order more containers, wax or wicks?
By mail order or from our retail outlets:

- How do I float the wax on water?
Please refer to the instructions.
- Can I add scent/perfume to the wax crystals?
Yes, just pour a few drops of your chosen essential oil around the wick (not over
it) and as the wax melts the scent will be released.
- Can I colour the wax?
Yes, with food colouring or powder dyes. When using dyes, please take care as the
colouring could stain hands and clothing.
- How do I buy wholesale from you?
Please get in contact with us with your details/requirements.
- Can I have products specially designed for me?
Yes, simply e-mail or fax your requirements to us or telephone us with your request.
- What can I put the wax crystals in?
Anything heat resistant, for example metal, ceramic, glass containers.
- What happens if I order an item that is out of stock?
If an item you have chosen is unavailable, we will contact you using the details
provided on the order form. You can then decide if the suggested delivery time is
acceptable to you. No funds are taken off your credit card until the order has been
picked and boxed, so you will only be charged if the item is in stock and ready
for dispatch.
